At Fox Studio we’re here to transform your body and health through fitness, nutrition and a kick butt attitude. We help each and every person that walks through our doors to achieve their fitness goals and get active through fun and energetic exercises and challenges.

Our group training sessions offer a range of health benefits, but one of the most important features is the teamwork, support and fun each and every participant gets out of training as a group.

Fox Studio Indoor Boot Camps

Love the boot camp experience but want to do it indoors? You’re in luck! Fox Studio conduct indoor boot camps at our fancy indoor fitness studio based at Redcliffe. An added bonus of our indoor bootcamps is our supervised babysitting, allowing clients to get fit and foxy while your kids have an amazing time in our kits club zone.

Outdoor Boot Camps

Want to breathe in the fresh sea air while you’re kicking butt at an outdoor boot camp? Our Sutton’s Beach boot camp is for you. We train on the beach so you not only get an amazing workout but get the added bonus of working out on one of Redcliffe’s most gorgeous beaches.

Kits Club Boot Camps And Mini Warriors

Why should grown-ups have all the fun? Our kids boot camps are designed specifically for little fitness lovers between the ages of 4 years and 7 years. Created with play in mind, these boot camps are a great way to instill basic health and fitness into your little bundle of energy all wrapped up in an active and enjoyable program. Time to step up to the next level- our Mini Warrior Bootcamps are designed for those between the ages of 7 and 11 who wan’t to take on an actual bootcamp session.

Tough Mother

Why should weight training be a boy zone? Our Tough Mother weight training sessions are created to target the specific areas that our foxy mummas like to tone and enhance. Held in a supportive and enjoyable environment surrounded by like-minded mums, these training sessions are a fantastic way to reach your weight training goals.
